Project Management support Analyst (B. COM Fresher)

Role & responsibilities

• Assist the management team with daily follow-up with project teams at locations for timely data submission.
• Expedite the project progress by identifying and resolving roadblocks and proactively suggesting solutions through the management team.
• Coordinate effectively with project location teams, cross-functional teams within the company, and stakeholders.
• Analyse project cost allocations and monitor adherence to budget.
• Track project timelines and proactively identify potential delays, informing the management team.
• Prepare reports and presentations summarising project progress and key metrics.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure proper filing systems are in place.
• Attend project meetings and take accurate notes for action items and follow-up.
• Occasional travel to project locations may be required to assist the management team

Preferred Candidate profile

• Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage deadlines effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & Power Point.
• Fresher Female Preferred
