Job Title: Security Guard Reports

To: Security Supervisor/Security Chief/HOD/HR/GM

Job Status: Permanent (12 Hours Duty with one weekly off on rotational basis)

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or Graduate
• At least 1 year experience as security guard in reputed firm

Required Skills/Competencies:

• Attendance Entry: Marking attendance of contractual employee and casual workers in registers. • Gate Registers: Maintaining all the mandatory gate register for example In/Out register, visitor register, material movement register etc. • Patrol and inspect: Regularly patrol and inspect the premises to detect threats and prevent illegal activity • Access control: Control who enters and exits the premises, and use force if necessary • Identify suspicious activity: Report any suspicious behavior or activity, such as theft, damage, or unauthorized people • Respond to emergencies: Respond to emergencies in a timely manner, such as fire prevention, traffic control, and property patrol • Coordinate with law enforcement: Coordinate with law enforcement as necessary • Write reports: Write reports on daily activities, irregularities, and suspicious actions • Monitor surveillance: Monitor surveillance cameras and analyse security footage • Provide assistance: Provide assistance to people in need Skills • Communication: Have excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate with clients, team members, and law enforcement • Physical fitness: Be physically fit to perform duties that involve standing, walking and running. • Observation: Have outstanding surveillance and observation skills

Travel: • No regular travel is required outside the work site except in-case of emergency or misha
