About the job:
Key Role & Responsibilities:
Account Management:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
- Act as the main point of contact for all matters specific to the assigned accounts.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives as set by the company.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base.
- Provide input on regional market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with the internal teams (marketing, technical, logistics) to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the after-sales service team to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote Saatvik Solar's products and services.
Academic & Professional Qualification:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the region
