About the role
As a key player in our sales team, were looking for a Sales Excellence Analyst with a knack for uncovering insights that drive success. Your role will focus on auditing and analysing all sales-related activities, identifying opportunities to improve conversion metrics from the top to the middle of the funnel. You will work closely with sales leaders to refine strategies, optimise processes, and ensure the team is consistently performing at its best.
Sales Activity Auditing:
Lead Analysis: Review unqualified and open leads to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Call Analysis: Analyze BDR (Business Development Representative) team calls to highlight best practices and areas for improvement.
Deal Analysis: Investigate lost deals and delayed closures to understand the root causes and recommend corrective actions.
Demo Conversations: Audit demo conversations with ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) leads to assess the quality of interactions and identify factors influencing outcomes.
Insights & Reporting:
Performance Findings: Present weekly reports on the highs, lows, and patterns you discover in sales activities to various leaders.
Feedback Loop: Provide actionable feedback to sales leaders and teams, contributing to continuous improvement across all sales processes.
Business Impact:
Conversion Optimization: Use your findings to improve key sales conversion metrics from lead generation (top of the funnel) through to customer acquisition (middle of the funnel).
Ideal candidate
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in sales analysis, auditing, or sales operations
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively share findings with leadership
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence process improvements
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales performance metrics
