Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Counsellor located in Noida. The role involves tasks such as inside sales, lead generation, communication with customers, and providing exceptional customer service.


Salary: 16,000(fixed)+4,000(variable based on minimum 5 admissions) +Incentive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide academic guidance to students on various courses and programs offered by universities abroad.
  
• Assist in career counseling sessions to help students identify their strengths, interests, and goals.
  
• Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication skills and convincing power.
  
• Generate leads for student enrollment through sales techniques and interpersonal skills.
  
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and meet client expectations.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-1 year of experience in education or training industry (freshers can apply).
  
• Strong academic background in relevant field (e.g., psychology, education).
  
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with clients.
  
• Proven track record of generating leads and meeting sales targets.
