Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive with a strong background in AI, SaaS, or Automation to join our growing team. In this B2B sales role, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing business with key enterprise clients in AI and technology-focused industries. Youll be working in an innovative, fast-paced environment and leveraging cutting-edge technologies to offer customized solutions to clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and engage with potential business clients in the AI, SaaS, and automation sectors.
  • Sales Pitch & Product Presentation: Present complex AI/ML and SaaS solutions to clients and clearly communicate how these technologies can drive business success.
  • Account Management: Develop long-term relationships with decision-makers and manage key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on client needs, industry trends, and competitors to build a compelling sales strategy and identify new business opportunities.
  • Sales Execution: Own the end-to-end sales process, from initial outreach to closing deals. Negotiate contracts and ensure timely follow-up with leads and prospects.
  • Collaboration with Technical Teams: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., AI experts, data scientists) to create tailored solutions for clients.
  • Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales progress, forecasts, and key performance metrics to management.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: 3-8 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in AI, SaaS, or automation.
  • Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, SaaS models, and automation tools. Familiarity with AI platforms like Azure AI, AWS, Google Vertex AI, and IBM Watson.

Key Skills:

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, especially in AI, SaaS, or technology-driven solutions.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, including GenAI models (OpenAI’s GPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) and AI DevOps.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Comfortable with client presentations, proposal writing, and contract negotiations.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
