Sales Executive-ERP-Immediate Joiners

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Sales Executive who can join immediately! If you have a passion for sales and a drive to succeed, we want you on our team.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure, including prospecting, demos, presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.
  
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets for ERP solutions.
  
• Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales engineers) to understand product capabilities and provide technical expertise during customer meetings.
  
• Identify new business opportunities by networking within existing client networks.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-7 years of experience in CRM Sales or similar roles; MBA/PGDM Marketing preferred.
  
• Strong understanding of ERP Sales principles and software industry trends.
  
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quarterly sales targets consistently over time.
