Customer Success Manager (CSM)

• Bachelor s degree in computer science or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role, preferably in the ERP or software industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or SaaS platforms is a plus.
