The ideal candidate will bring over 15 years of expertise, preferably with experience in the energy sector. This role is pivotal in overseeing Workday implementations, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Workday implementations and upgrades across the organization.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and align Workday solutions accordingly.

- Develop and execute Workday strategies tailored to the energy domain.

- Ensure successful project delivery by managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.

- Act as the primary point of contact for Workday-related initiatives.

- Drive continuous improvement in Workday processes and functionalities.

- Mentor and guide team members to build Workday expertise within the organization.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 15 years of professional experience, with significant exposure to Workday solutions.

- Strong knowledge of Workday modules, including HCM, Finance, and Payroll.

- Proven experience in the energy domain is highly desirable.

- Exceptional leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a global team environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills:

- Workday certification(s).

- Experience in large-scale Workday deployments.

- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in Workday and the energy sector.
