Business Analyst - SQL/Tableau (5-8 yrs)

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in the banking and financial domain. You will be responsible for analyzing business needs, improving processes, and driving effective solutions to support organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements.

- Analyze current processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to align on project goals and priorities.

- Design solutions in partnership with technical teams and ensure feasibility.

- Conduct data analysis using tools like SQL, Excel, and Tableau for insights.

- Prepare and validate test cases during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Maintain accurate documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, and process flows.

- Create reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.

- Facilitate seamless change management and provide post-implementation support.

- Stay updated on trends, tools, and regulations in the banking and financial domain.

Required Skills :

- 5 to 8 years of experience working with core banking systems like Oracle FLEXCUBE.

- Experience with FLEXCUBE customization, understanding FLEXCUBE APIs and integrations.

- Strong understanding of banking and financial services, including retail and corporate banking.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.

- Experience with Agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, and sprint planning.

- Expertise in preparing BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.

- Hands-on experience in UAT and solution validation.

- Ability to manage stakeholders and prioritize business requirements.

- Preferred certifications like CBAP, CCBA, or Agile certifications.
