Job Description: Client Servicing Associate Content & SEO (Digital Marketing)

Position Summary: We are looking for a skilled Client Servicing Associate specializing in Content & SEO within the Digital Marketing domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing project execution, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving the success of content SEO campaigns. This individual should have a deep understanding of digital marketing, SEO practices, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and fostering strong client relationships.
• Understand client requirements, objectives, and pain points to offer tailored content & SEO solutions.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and address queries, concerns, and requests.
• Build and maintain trust with clients by ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded.
2. Project Coordination & Execution:
• Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery of content & SEO services.
• Coordinate with internal teams (content writers, SEO specialists, Managers, Editors, etc.) to deliver high-quality work on schedule.
• Oversee the development of content strategies and SEO plans in alignment with client goals.

1. Strategy & Implementation:
• Collaborate with clients to define SEO goals and develop strategies to improve search engine rankings, traffic, and conversions.
• Monitor and analyze Content performance metrics and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for improvements..
2. Reporting & Analytics:
• Provide detailed reports on SEO campaign performance, including traffic, rankings, and content effectiveness.
• Analyze data to generate insights and actionable recommendations for clients.
• Deliver regular progress updates and performance reviews to clients, explaining complex SEO data in a clear and understandable manner.
3. Client Feedback & Satisfaction:
• Collect client feedback and manage their expectations throughout the course of the project.
• Resolve issues and handle client concerns with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
• Work towards achieving client satisfaction and retention through proactive service delivery.
4. Upselling & Cross-selling:
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services (e.g., content & SEO marketing, etc.) based on client needs.
• Work with the sales team to present new services or offerings to existing clients.
5. Team Collaboration & Support:
• Collaborate with content, design, SEO, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with client goals and seamless project execution.
• Provide guidance and support to internal teams regarding client preferences, project scope, and deadlines.
6. Documentation & Process Management:
• Maintain accurate and organized records of client communications, project timelines, and deliverables.
• Ensure proper documentation of client requirements, feedback, and approvals for reference and future projects.
