Job Role: Junior Manager (Edible Oil / Grocery)

Job Purpose: To oversee and manage the Sales Operations. The incumbent is supposed to achieve sales targets, increasing market share and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage key accounts for the edible oil/staples category in the modern trade segment, focusing on sales growth and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase market share, improve distribution network, and enhance product visibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives, including category management, trade marketing, e-commerce development, and logistics optimization.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Ensure timely delivery of products to customers while maintaining high levels of quality control.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in FMCG industry with expertise in Edible Oil/Staple Category Management or similar role.
• Strong understanding of modern trade channels (e.g., grocery stores), e-commerce platforms (e.g., Flipkart, Amazon Fresh, Zepto, Blinkit), and key account management principles.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth through effective relationship-building with customers and internal stakeholders.
