Role & responsibilities
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail chains, modern trade outlets, and
strategic accounts
- Create and implement account-specific sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and potential accounts.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop comprehensive sales plans for key accounts.
- Conduct regular market research to understand customer needs and market trends.
- Ensure optimal product placement and visibility in key accounts.
- Manage product merchandising and promotional activities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
- Resolve customer complaints and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Track competitor activities and market dynamics
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management
Preferred candidate profile
Should Have good amount of experience in MT Chains.
FMCG background needed.
