1. Should be well versed with cost planning and management/ analysis / fixed and variable / Budgeting & Financial MIS.
2. Variance analysis of Budgeted Vs Actual, preparation & analysis of Management reports.
3. Should be responsible for Product Costing (BATCH COSTING)
4. Should be responsible for project cost determination, validation, review ,tracking payback working and periodic report to management.
5. Should be responsible for prepare annually plan of budget v/s cost and quarterly/monthly review.
6. Internal audit for respective function, cost audit on various parameters.
7. Inventory control, analysis, ageing and mechanism for invent reduction.
8. To track cost center wise expenses, review and discussion with respective function for proper allocation and reduction
9. Must be well versed with SAP/ MS Office.
10. Monthly planning, closing activity and schedule .
11. Vendor queries, evaluation, audit, review, rating and management .
12. Review plant wise, function wise, flavor wise Capacity utilization/ analysis for all manufacturing establishments .
13. Periodic BOM checking and updating , standard vs. actual.
14. Fixed cost analysis and review
15. Review pending deliveries PR and PO
16. Sales AOP/ Monthly plan review and trend analysis
17. Review losses incurred ( Std Vs. actual)
