Role & responsibilities
1. The candidate will be responsible for looking after ATL/BTL, 360 PR Activities, SEO, Content writing, Graphic designing and can Implement Events & Exhibitions Along with 360* Branding. Manage and execute PR campaigns targeting key audiences including media outlets, influencers, and industry publications.
3. Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, bloggers, analysts, and other influential individuals within relevant industries.
4. Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging across various communication channels such as social media platforms, websites, email newsletters, press releases, etc.
5. Collaborate with internal departments like sales, product development, and customer service to create compelling content showcasing the benefits of our products/services.
6. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats or opportunities and adapt accordingly.
7. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and guidelines related to public relations and advertising practices.
8. Analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Salesforce, and other relevant software, provide insights to optimize future campaigns, and adjust strategies accordingly.
9. Participate actively in professional associations, conferences, and networking events to expand knowledge base, enhance credibility, and establish connections with peers and industry leaders.
10. Oversee recruitment and training programs for junior staff members involved in PR and branding tasks.
11. Maintain accurate records of PR activities and coordinate with legal counsel when necessary.
12. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams internally and externally to achieve desired results and contribute positively towards organizational growth.
13. Stay informed about emerging technologies, best practices, and evolving industry standards to incorporate them into planning and execution processes.
14. Perform any additional duties assigned by the reporting manager from time to time.
Preferred candidate profile
1. Candidate Must Know ATL/BTL, SEO, Content writing, Graphic design and can Implement Events & Exhibitions. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or equivalent field; Master's degree preferred.
2. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in PR, marketing, advertising, or related fields, preferably in a leadership position.
3. Strong track record of creating successful PR campaigns and managing reputation crises.
4. Excellent written and oral communication skills along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
5. Experience working with media outlets and publishing outlets is a plus.
6. Understanding of digital marketing techniques and tools used for tracking and analyzing online campaigns would be beneficial.
7. Demonstrated ability to think creatively, analyze data effectively, and propose innovative solutions to challenges faced during PR campaigns.
8. Proficient in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or similar software to organize workload efficiently.
9. Familiarity with SEO principles and experience implementing search engine optimization tactics would add value to this role.
10. Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and understand legal implications associated with PR and branding activities is desirable.
11. Proven problem-solving abilities and willingness to go above and beyond expectations.
12. Strong commitment to staying updated with trends and developments in PR, marketing, and branding sectors.
