Manager/Assistant Manager-Technical Service

i) Responsible for Technical support to marketing, product feasibility in different markets, New product Development based on market research and customer support..

ii) To assist in Market survey based on marketing requirement for both domestic and overseas market .

iii) Responsible for Feasibility review for our product in different countries.

iv) Responsible for Competitors product analysis and comparison report with our product.

v) Joint inspection/claim inspection at customers premises.

vi) Technical support for customer complaint handling.

vii) Technical inputs on new product development.

viii) Regular feedback to plant on market, new development and competition.

ix) Regular participate in MDT activity and meetings for better understanding on plant’s development activity.

x) Responsible to present brief introduction and history of our organization during customer visit.

xi) Arrange Plant visit to customers.

xii) Responsible for technical services for all product i.e. solid tyres, bladders , tubes ,curing bags and flaps and assisting in marketing of bladders.

xiii) Responsible for market research for upcoming project i.e. pneumatic tyres.
