Sales Coordinator (International)

Job Summary:

The Logistics and Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing the end-to-end logistics process, ensuring timely delivery of goods, and supporting sales initiatives. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with customers, vendors, and internal teams.

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:Logistics Management:

• Conduct feasibility and freight checks for shipments.
• Prepare and maintain quotation comparison sheets for cost analysis.
• Coordinate ECGC processes and manage proforma invoices as needed.
• Create Sales Orders (SO) and circulate them to the production plant.
• Collaborate with the plant for dispatch schedules and inform EXIM teams for container planning.
• Communicate dispatch planning details and freight costs to customers.
• Draft and send Bill of Lading (BL), Shipping Order Book (SOB) confirmations, and necessary documentation to customers.
• Track courier and bank routes for dispatch and payment confirmation.

Sales Support:

• Generate leads and maintain an updated database for the assigned region.
• Conduct email campaigns and secondary research on existing/new products and export opportunities.
• Collaborate with the branding team on social media and branding initiatives.
• Send payment reminders and follow-up on due payments from customers.
• Manage the trade show application process, including payment and sample sales orders.

Preferred candidate profile

• Should have an experience in manufacturing company.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in logistics, sales coordination, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
