Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Business Associate to join our team. In this role, you will guide our enterprise business customers throughout their journey with RSoft, ensuring a positive experience as they integrate our products and services into their operations. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and help them achieve success with our solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive Training: Receive complete training in our software and technologies, including CRM systems, IVR, chatbots, and messaging platforms like WhatsApp.
  • Client Engagement: Understand client requirements, document processes, configure software, and perform manual testing to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Outstanding Support: Provide exceptional support during and after the software implementation process.
  • Onboarding Execution: Ensure smooth execution of onboarding processes, meeting all project timelines and deliverables.
  • Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, offering timely updates and support.
  • Issue Identification: Proactively identify potential challenges and escalate issues to management as needed.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams and provide direct and online training for them to use the software effectively.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to streamline processes, enhance customer experience, and provide product suggestions.
  • Client Management Insights: Assist in client management and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Key Areas of Focus for Business Associates

1. Customer Requirements

    • Gather and analyze customer needs.
    • Establish clear communication channels with clients.

2. Business Domain Knowledge

    • Understand industry trends and best practices.
    • Recognize the competitive landscape and regulatory factors.

    • Utilize RSoft LMS, CRM, and ERP solutions to address business challenges.

4. Testing Skills

    • Gain hands-on experience in testing methodologies.
    • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solutions.

5. Feature-Benefit Analysis

    • Assess how features address customer problems.
    • Effectively communicate benefits to stakeholders.

6. Systems Knowledge

    • Learn the functionalities of LMS, CRM, and ERP systems.
    • Understand data management and reporting capabilities.

7. API Integration and Troubleshooting

    • Learn about API integrations to enhance system connectivity.
    • Develop troubleshooting skills to resolve integration issues.

8. High-End Technologies

    • Gain knowledge in live IVR, chatbots, and messaging platforms like WhatsApp, Facebook, and RCS.
    • Understand how these technologies improve customer interactions and business efficiency.

What We Expect

  • Strong English speaking and typing skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service via phone, email, or chat is a plus.
  • Good understanding of software functionality and completion of manual testing coursework.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic IT environment and continuously learn new concepts.
  • Knowledge of CRM software is advantageous.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
