Job Description
- This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but does serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department as and when needed
- Deliver people programs and processes assigned for the Line of Business
- Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies
- Should have in-depth understanding about performance management system and prior experience working on Year End Performance Reviews
- Manages and resolves employee relations issues in consultation with concerned teams
- Maintain knowledge of HR and organizational practices, procedures, policies, and systems to be able provide solution to the professionals
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e. g. , coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
- Performs other related duties as assigned

- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience with workday good to have
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Minimum of 7-9 years of experience in HRBP domain
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
- Master s in human resources or MSW
