Role & responsibilities

• Back order working and submit report to sales team with weekly pending order and stock list from supplier.
• Booking of Purchase Order to overseas supplier and also check the order confirmation with order book in our system.
• Follow up of with Supplier after get the list of ready stock for new Consignment
• Preparation of MRN Control sheet with duty extraction for Purchase Entry.
• After entry of shipment, store the material with cross check against Invoice
• And file all documents after completion of all paper work of shipment.
• Dispatch and packaging the material after billing from Sale Department
• Maintain of Challan sheet, material send on challan book.
• Submit of monthly stock taking report.
