Accounts Assistant

Role & responsibilities

• Client co-ordination and schedule meet.
• Generation of daily progress reports.
• Maintaining petty cash book, Expense statement and Inventory list.
• Assist is HR and marketing operations.
• Maintain stock lists and order office supplies as needed
• Create agendas and takes meeting notes.
• Vendor management and generate work orders and invoices.
