Sales And Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Activities:
• Support in planning and executing marketing campaigns (online and offline).
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to recommend improvements in strategies.
2. Data Management and Reporting:
• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
• Generate reports and dashboards using MS Excel to track sales performance and market insights.
3. Client Presentations and Proposals:
• Prepare compelling sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
• Deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating key value propositions.
4. Coordination and Collaboration:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Coordinate with external vendors for promotional materials and campaigns when required.
5. Administrative Tasks:
• Handle documentation, maintain proper records, and ensure timely follow-up with clients.
• Use CRM tools to streamline sales and marketing operations.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights using Excel (pivot tables, charts, formulas).
• Strong presentation skills, with an ability to create visually appealing and impactful presentations.
