Senior Officer - Stores

Job Description:

• Responsible for managing inventory, organizing and maintaining stock levels
• Timely and error free Goods receipts in system.
• Close coordination with quality department to offer the RM for inspections
• Close coordination with procurement and production teams
• Conduct regular stock cycle counts system of inventory and address any discrepancies.
• Records maintenance of all stock movements, including receipts, issues, and adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Preparation of Daily/Monthly MIS, Dashboards, provisions etc
• Operational knowledge documentation of OSP ( outside processing of RM )
• Maintain details inward report
• Knowledge oracle ERP system
• Knowledge stock transfer process (within State, outside State)
• Close coordination with finance team for daily GRN MIS ( timely submission of GRNs to finance department)
• Effect full management of issuance part and MIS thereof
• Receipt confirmation of goods and declaration of discrepancies to concern department in time.
• Maintain proper identification of available stock.
• Maintain daily flash rereports for consumable stock.
