Senior Officer - Winding (RRPL_JR_1103)

Job Description:

• Should be able to manage labour and handle shifts independently.
• Should own responsibility for planning monitoring of 2nd level daily production plan as per departmental commitment.
• Focus on process quality improvements and bottleneck elimination.
• Should focus on Productivity, Quality, Safety, Delivery as per production plan.
• Responsible for process cycle time reduction, implementation of Kaizens, OPL, improvement projects, 5S drive in shopfloor.
• Should be acquainted with good knowledge of TPM, Quality Improvement tools, impart training to workers
• Responsible for fault analysis and preparation of RCA and CA
• Should have better understanding of IMS documents and audits.
• Should be well acquainted with ERP system.
• Should possess sound command on communication for handling documentation, data preparation and inter department discussions
• Knowledge of VPI/CRT transformers, Foil Winding will be an added advantage
