Job Description

Job Summary:

Responsible for Client Billing and Sub Contractor Billing at project site.

Key responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Client Billing

Prepare Monthly Billing Target for the Project for PM s Approval
Obtain the measurements and checklists from site engineers for preparation of bill.
Prepare Client Bills and get the same certified from the client within schedule.
Monitor NS items Executed\Variations within the region and ensure approval of the NS item\Variations from the client.
Give feedback to execution team and share information to plan works in line mile-stone billing (EPC Projects).

Sub-contractor Billing

Verify the measurements and approve the Bills raised by the contractor for further processing.
Reconcile Sub-Contractor Billing and Client Billing.
