About Civil Urban Infrastructure Business:

KEC s Civil business focuses on the construction of factories, warehouses, residential buildings, railway stations, metros, and sewage water treatment plants, and comprises of four verticals -

A. Infrastructure Heavy Civil (Metro Water Projects),
B. Industrial Hydrocarbon (Factories) ,
C. Residential Public Spaces (Buildings, Commercial Spaces),
D. Defence (Civil projects in Defence sector).

We provide professional EPC services in an area dominated either by small unorganized players or by very few large companies. JOB DUTIES

Job Summary: Executive Assistant - Executive Director Civil

Key Accountabilities Duty Statements

Coordinating and managing technical documentation, assisting Project planning and liaising with engineering team.

Collaborating with Procurement teams and overseeing budgetary aspects related to technical projects.

Facilitating communication between Technical Non-Technical stakeholders.

Tracking project timelines, managing data and supporting/reporting to Leadership team.

Preparing MIS reports, Organising meetings.

Knowledge of Civil engineering concepts, project management, and proficiency in relevant software tolls would be crucial.

Understanding of Civil engineering principles would be utilized to ensure technical initiatives align with commercial objectives.

Be involved in Contract negotiations, Cost analysis and supporting the development of business strategies.

This multifaceted position requires a blend of technical expertise, administrative acumen, and a business-oriented mindset to contribute effectively to the overall success of commercial projects within the civil infrastructure sector.
