Job Description
As an Associate Director , you will lead critical initiatives within the Value Engineering team, driving the implementation of strategies that enhance the adoption and ROI of Zycus solutions. You will manage key client relationships and act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers while mentoring a team of value engineers.
You will lead critical procurement transformation initiatives , guiding a team of value engineers and driving the adoption of AI-powered SaaS solutions . In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor to enterprise clients, mentor high-performing teams, and represent Zycus in industry forums. This position is ideal for a results-driven leader passionate about delivering measurable business value and shaping the future of cognitive procurement
- Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with senior management to define and execute the value engineering roadmap.
- Client Advisory: Provide high-impact consultation to enterprise customers on procurement transformation strategies.
- Team Management: Build, guide, and mentor a team of program managers and value engineers, fostering innovation and customer-centricity.
- Thought Leadership: Represent Zycus in industry forums, webinars, and publications, showcasing expertise in AI-powered procurement solutions.
- Performance Measurement: Develop and track KPIs to assess and enhance the effectiveness of value engineering initiatives.
Expertise and Qualification
- Experience: 12-18 years in consulting, procurement transformation, or SaaS product delivery, with proven leadership experience.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to align technical solutions with business outcomes and customer goals.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing teams.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of procurement platforms like Ivalua, GEP SMART, or similar.
- Education: Bachelor s degree in IT/Computer Science or an MBA in Supply Chain, or a related field.

- Bachelor s Degree: BE in IT/CS or MBA in Supply Chain
