It Executive

Job Profile:

1. To issue domain, email and internet account ID and password to authorized person.

2. To manage electronic data related to computerized system under GxP. To define data life period and ensure electronic data management compliance.

3. To backup and retrieve the data from all GxP computerized systems and perform verification.

4. Installation, Maintenance & upgradation of all IT assets & Software.

5. To ensure timely support for proper functioning of all computerized systems and network services.

6. Ensuring that a company technology systems and network infrastructure are secure and efficient.

7. Setting up VPN, creating firewall rules, renewal of license on Sophos Firewall.

8. Purchase IT related resources/Licenses/ Printer Cartridges from appropriate vendor.

9. Project Backup, Restoration. Lock unlock and archival in respective instrument software.

10. Perform server image backup and hyper- v backup as per SOP.

11. Solve any internet and mail related issues faced by users.

12. SOP preparation or update SOP for IT as per need.
