Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Head to lead our sales team and drive sales for our prestigious Highrise apartment project in Chennai.


The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in real estate sales, particularly in the luxury/high-end segment, and possess strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.


This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement effective sales strategies, build strong relationships with clients and channel partners, and achieve ambitious sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve project sales targets. This includes market analysis, competitor analysis, pricing strategies, and sales promotions.
  • Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide training and development, and foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and potential buyers. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive buying experience.
  • Channel Partner Management: Develop and manage relationships with channel partners (real estate brokers, agencies) to expand reach and generate leads. Provide training and support to channel partners.
  • Lead Generation & Management: Implement effective lead generation strategies, including digital marketing, events, and networking. Manage the lead pipeline and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Sales Process Management: Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Provide market insights to the management team.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports, analyze sales performance, and provide insights to the management team.
  • Budget Management: Manage the sales budget effectively.
  • Compliance & Legal: Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant regulations and legal requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • 15+ years of proven experience in real estate sales, with a significant focus on high-end/luxury residential projects.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in managing a sales team.
  • Strong understanding of the Chennai real estate market.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent understanding of sales processes and strategies.
