Job Title: Channel Partner Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Channel Development: Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners, real estate brokers, and agencies to drive sales in high-rise residential projects.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement channel sales strategies to achieve revenue and project occupancy goals.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure consistent lead generation and conversion.
  • Training & Support: Provide sales training, marketing materials, and ongoing support to channel partners to enhance their selling capabilities.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and competitor strategies.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the marketing, project, and sales teams to align channel sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of channel partners and optimize strategies for better sales outcomes.
  • Negotiation & Deal Closure: Assist partners in negotiations and closing high-value residential property deals.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years in channel sales, real estate sales, or business development, preferably in high-rise residential projects.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of real estate markets, high-rise residential sales, and the channel partner ecosystem.
  • Networking Skills: Established relationships with brokers, real estate agents, and channel partners in the construction industry.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets through channel partnerships.
  • Communication & Negotiation: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
