🕰️ Working Hours: Starting from 6 or 7 AM IST, 4 to 8 hours per day (flexible)
📅 Notice Period: Immediate
💼 Mode: Contract/Consultant/Freelance (extension possible based on project outcomes)
💰 Rate: INR 1200 per hour

🔍 About the Role:
We are hiring an experienced CRM RFP Consultant to lead the entire Request for Proposal (RFP) process for selecting a cutting-edge CRM solution. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the chosen CRM aligns with the bank’s strategic goals, regulatory needs, and operational requirements.

🌟 Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership & Coordination:
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including business, IT, compliance, risk, and operations.
Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather and refine CRM requirements.
2. RFP Development & Management:
Define and document detailed business and technical requirements.
Oversee the development, issuance, and management of RFP documentation.
Manage timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
3. Vendor Evaluation & Selection:
Identify CRM vendors (e.g., Bank Buddy, HubSpot, Creatio, Microsoft Dynamics).
Develop a vendor evaluation framework (functionality, scalability, security, integration, and cost).
Lead evaluations: proposal reviews, product demos, and vendor interviews.
Analyze proposals and prepare evaluation reports.
4. Stakeholder Engagement:
Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external vendors.
Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
Ensure clear communication across all project phases.

🎓 Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
5+ years’ experience managing RFP processes or pre-sales efforts, vendor selection, and CRM implementations (preferably in banking or financial services).
Hands-on experience with at least one CRM (Bank Buddy, HubSpot, Creatio, or Microsoft Dynamics).
Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional projects.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

👍 Preferred Qualifications:
Prior consulting experience in the banking sector.
Experience with digital transformation initiatives in financial institutions.
