Job Description HR Executive (Factory Operations)

Position: HR Executive
Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai (Factory)
Job Type: Full-time
Experience: 2-4 years
Salary Range: As per industry standards

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Handle recruitment for factory staff, including job postings, screening, and interviews.
• Manage onboarding, document verification, and induction programs for new employees.

2. Attendance, Payroll & Compliance

• Maintain attendance records, shift schedules, and leave management.
• Assist in payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws (PF, ESIC, gratuity).
• Coordinate statutory filings and liaise with labor authorities as required.

3. Employee Relations & Welfare

• Address worker grievances and ensure a positive work environment.
• Implement employee engagement and welfare programs to boost morale.
• Ensure adherence to factory policies, safety guidelines, and disciplinary procedures.

4. Performance & Training

• Monitor employee performance and assist in appraisals.
• Identify training needs and organize skill development programs.

5. Exit Formalities & Full & Final Settlement

• Conduct exit interviews and process resignation formalities.
• Manage final settlements, experience letters, and clearance processes.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong understanding of factory HR operations and labor laws.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle worker relations and compliance effectively.
