Manager of Engineering & Maintenance

Role & responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for compressors, diesel generators (DG), Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP), Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), and chiller plants.

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical breakdowns in production machines and utility systems.

Maintain records of machine maintenance, breakdowns, and servicing schedules.

Coordinate with vendors and service providers for procurement and repairs.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement in plant operations.

Train and supervise junior technicians in maintenance procedures.

Preparation of Annual Budget, optimization of generation cost of utility.

Support for Compliance of legal activities & other activities pertaining to department.
