Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Manager Banking IT Hardware Sales to drive business growth by developing and managing key relationships within the banking sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT hardware sales, an in-depth understanding of banking technology requirements, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive IT hardware sales within the banking industry.
  • Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with key decision-makers in banks, financial institutions, and fintech companies.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles, including lead generation, proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including pre-sales, technical support, and marketing, to deliver customized solutions to banking clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to position solutions effectively.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in IT hardware sales, specifically within the banking sector.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure solutions, including servers, storage, networking, and cloud-based hardware solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing large enterprise accounts and government banking tenders is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
