What You'll Do:

- Become a Category Mastermind: Conduct in-depth research to develop a comprehensive understanding of a specific software category within the Wyzrad.ai marketplace.

- This includes analyzing competitor landscapes, identifying key features and functionalities, and staying updated on the latest market trends.

- Champion Customer Experience: Collaborate with the product team to ensure a seamless customer experience within your assigned category.

- This might involve providing feedback on product features, documentation, and user interfaces.

- Sales Superstar Sidekick: Partner with Sales Account Executives to guide customers towards the perfect software solution for their needs.

- You'll translate customer requirements into technical specifications and provide insightful product recommendations.

- Category Curator: Work closely with category managers to curate the selection of software within your domain.

- You'll play a key role in identifying and onboarding the most valuable software solutions that align with customer needs and marketplace goals.

- Strategic Category Leader: Partner with the category manager to develop and drive the overall strategy for your assigned category.
