Responsible for complete sales & marketing of products in assigned region.
Introduction of Products, concepts to architects, developing the specifications to suit Rocland products, getting brand / products approved, demonstrations and presentations.
Should be working in Industrial and commercial segments
Working with flooring contractors in product training, promotion, sales helping them in discussion with client for approvals.
Meeting Architects, Contractors, Project developers, Project Heads of various companies.
Identifying projects, Lead generation, offer submission & closure of contracts.
Post order activities like dispatches, Co-ordination, Payments etc.
Identifying government departments with potential getting product approvals forming specifications.
Desired Candidates:
Graduate (preferably civil engineering) with min 8 to 10 yrs of experience with MBA from reputed institute
Experience in sales of construction chemicals, construction material or with experience in projects selling, concept selling, cement products, flooring products.
Must have good verbal & written communication skills
