Deputy Manager /Manager - Sales ( Tile Adhesive) - Gurgaon

Role & responsibilities

• Customer and Market Insights: Develop an in-depth understanding of customer and influencer preferences in the assigned market.

• Market Penetration and Coverage: Ensure that Walplast Tile Adhesive Products gains traction in the market through aggressive market coverage (reach & penetration).

• Dealer Support and Inventory Management: Convince and enable channel partners to invest in and maintain appropriate inventory levels of Walplast Tile Adhesive.

• Sales Strategy: Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by staying current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.

Preferred candidate profile

• The candidates should have Retails sales experience of Tile Adhesive( construction chemicals products)
• Must have team handling experience of minimum 4 people
• Should have handled Gurgaon market.
