Job Description
- Responsible for complete sales & marketing of products in assigned region.
- Introduction of Products, concepts to architects, developing the specifications to suit Rocland products, getting brand / products approved, demonstrations and presentations.
- Should be working in Industrial and commercial segments
- Working with flooring contractors in product training, promotion, sales helping them in discussion with client for approvals.
- Meeting Architects, Contractors, Project developers, Project Heads of various companies.
- Identifying projects, Lead generation, offer submission & closure of contracts.
- Post order activities like dispatches, Co-ordination, Payments etc.
- Identifying government departments with potential getting product approvals forming specifications.
Desired Candidates:
- Graduate (preferably civil engineering) with min 8 to 10 yrs of experience with MBA from reputed institute
- Experience in sales of construction chemicals, construction material or with experience in projects selling, concept selling, cement products, flooring products.
- Must have good verbal & written communication skills
- Willing to travel extensively.
