Role & responsibilities

Sales Coordinator to manage order processing, customer communications, and sales coordination efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process sales orders promptly and accurately.
• Coordinate with sales teams to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
• Create and manage customer codes while maintaining accurate documentation in ERP systems.
• Generate daily sales reports, invoices, ledger balances, and credit limit details for the sales team.
• Handle customer orders, approvals, and shipping processes, ensuring compliance with GST and other regulations.
• Oversee team coordination in order approval flow and product delivery.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong coordination and communication skills (Hindi speaking mandatory).
• Proficiency in ERP systems with a keen eye for data accuracy and detail.
• Effective time management skills to handle tight deadlines.
