Role & responsibilities

• Determining ERP needs via consultation, business process analysis, and observations: Work closely with stakeholders to understand the specific business requirements. Conduct business process analysis through meetings, workshops, and observing daily operations. Identify pain points and inefficiencies to determine the ERP functionalities required for optimal business performance.
• Evaluating existing IT infrastructure and recommending system improvements: Assess the organization's current IT environment, including hardware, software, and network capabilities. Identify gaps or limitations in infrastructure that could hinder ERP implementation or performance. Provide recommendations for upgrades or changes needed to support the new ERP system.
• Developing and configuring customized ERP solutions: Based on the needs analysis, design, develop, and configure custom ERP solutions that align with the business requirements. This involves customizing ERP modules, creating workflows, and ensuring the solution supports key business functions like finance, inventory, HR, and more.

• Deploying ERP solutions and ensuring seamless system integration: Oversee the deployment of the ERP system across the organization. Ensure proper integration with other existing software and systems, such as CRM, supply chain management tools, or legacy systems, to ensure smooth data flow and eliminate redundancies.
• Running diagnostic tests and resolving issues to enhance performance: Conduct rigorous testing to identify system errors or performance bottlenecks. Address any issues or bugs discovered through the diagnostic process and optimize the system for better performance and user experience.
• Providing ERP end-user training and technical support: Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to ensure they are well-versed in using the new ERP system. Provide ongoing technical support to resolve any issues users encounter, ensuring smooth operation and user adoption.
• Documenting ERP processes and preparing deployment progress updates: Document the setup, customization, and configuration processes for future reference. Maintain detailed records of any issues encountered and their resolutions. Provide regular deployment progress reports to management to keep them informed on the status of the ERP implementation.
• Complying with industry regulations: Ensure that the ERP system adheres to industry-specific regulatory standards, such as data security, privacy laws, and financial reporting regulations. Regularly review changes in relevant regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Keeping informed of the latest ERP developments, upgrades, and offerings: Stay updated on the latest trends and updates in the ERP market. Attend conferences, webinars, or workshops, and engage with ERP vendors to learn about new features, functionalities, and best practices. This ensures that the ERP system remains competitive and capable of supporting evolving business needs.
