Lead DevOps Engineer - AWS Cloud (8-10 yrs)

Role : Lead DevOps Engineer (AWS).

Location : Bangalore.

Experience : 8+ Years.

Notice Period : Immediate.

Requirement :

- 8+ years of experience in DevOps and CloudOps, with a strong focus on AWS.

- Proficiency in AWS services, automation tools, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Solid understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) on AWS.

- AWS certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or AWS Certified Solutions Architect are preferred.

- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, providing guidance and support on technical and operational matters.

- Design, implement, and maintain robust and scalable AWS cloud infrastructure, including EC2, VPC, S3, RDS, EKS, and other relevant services.

- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or AWS CodePipeline.

- Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.

- Containerize applications using Docker and orchestrate them using Kubernetes on AWS (EKS).

- Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure and application performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.

- Collaborate with development teams to implement DevOps best practices and improve software delivery processes.

- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in cloud computing, DevOps, and security best practices.

- Contribute to the development and implementation of security policies and procedures for cloud environments.

- Participate in on-call rotations for infrastructure support.

Qualifications :

- 8+ years of experience in DevOps and CloudOps, with a strong focus on AWS.

- Proficiency in AWS services, including EC2, VPC, S3, RDS, EKS, IAM, CloudFormation, and other relevant services.

- Strong experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, AWS CodePipeline, Terraform, Ansible).

- Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash) and infrastructure-as-code principles.

- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana).

- Strong understanding of security best practices for cloud environments.

- AWS certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or AWS Certified Solutions Architect are preferred.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
