Product Analyst

Job Description:

• Collaborate with senior product managers to contribute to the development and execution of the product roadmap, aligning with overall business goals. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
• Develop appropriate technical and marketing materials and documentation for internal and external usage
• Basic knowledge of sustainability and climate risk. Knowledge of natural hazard models, and its collaboration with climate risk and impact forecasting will be an add on.
• Manage client escalations, minimize potential issues
• Analyze data and metrics to identify product opportunities and track performance, contributing to data-informed decisions that enhance the user experience.
• Help track and monitor product KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to ongoing product refinement.

Requirements

• A candidate with an MBA from a reputed university, preferably with a focus on product management, or related fields.
• 1-2 years of experience in product management, preferably in a B2C company in the e-commerce or travel sectors.
• Experience with API product development will be an add on including defining product roadmaps, GTM strategies.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques, including GIS
• A keen eye for design, with a good understanding of UX principles and customer experience design.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-first approach.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
