Job Description

The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for driving direct sales initiatives and overseeing managing the corporate sales team and achieving sales targets for our corporate insurance products. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, product knowledge, a proven track record in corporate sales and extensive experience in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive direct sales of corporate insurance products.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and clients.
Lead, manage, and motivate the corporate sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews with the sales team.
Provide coaching, training, and support to enhance the team s sales skills and product knowledge.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create effective sales campaigns and promotional materials.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
Ensure the sales process adheres to company policies and industry regulations.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Manage the sales budget and ensure cost-effective strategies are employed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in relevant fields.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of corporate insurance products and services.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
