Biw Design Engineer

Looking for BIW Design Engineer 5-8 Yrs Chennai Location.

Proficient in CATIA V5 (GSD/Sheet metal/Part/Assembly/Drawing Workbenches), Teamcenter and Vismockup

1. Experience in BIW (Body-in-White) Design of Structures such as Underbody / Front End Structure.
2. Understanding of manufacturing processes, tooling and stamping requirements, and assembly sequences of BIW and Closures.
3. Relevant experience in AL-PL layout, Master Sections, Vehicle Integration, Vehicle Packaging, Concept creation, and assembly processes of various parts.
4. Knowledge of relevant Regulations & Homologation requirements.
5. Good knowledge and hands-on experience of GD&T for CAD models and drawings.
6. Knowledge in WERS, GPDS & DPA 0/1 assessments in E2KS.
