BIW Design Engineer | Immediate To 30 Days | Pune

Role and Responsibilities:

Responsible for working with team on technical solutions, CAD solutions, overall quality of the Team and meet the project timeline requirement.

Support project leaders in maintaining all project management records.

Responsible for investigation and design complex parts in the project

Qualifications and Experience

B. E, B.Tech, M.E, M.Tech in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 2-6 Years

• Expert in Catia V5.
• Should have worked on KVS+CONNECT System
• Should have Team & BIW project handling experience.
• Should contribute to recruitment process & should be willing to train/grow the team.
• Must have worked on passenger car body (BIW & Closure) Concept Development & Design.
• Must have good technical knowledge of sheet metal design & its Tooling Processes.
• Must have good understanding of BIW Materials (Metals, Plastics & Carbon Fiber) & BIW Assembly Technique processes/sequence.
• Should have relevant experience in Master Sections, Vehicle Integration, Vehicle packaging, Concept creation of BIW parts.
• Should have excellent Power presentation skills.
• Must have handled projects for leading Automotive OEMs (e.g., VW+SKODA Ford, Daimler, BMW, Nissan etc.)
• Must be willing to travel onsite (@Client location in India & abroad) if necessary.
• Must be willing to work at various levels in a project organization depending on the project requirement.
• Good communication & interpersonal skills are necessary.
