... joiner but they won't leave earlier employee should serve 90days notice period. They won't credit the salary on time. It has happened for 2times. Even I am 1 year experience candidate they asked me to sign for 2yrs agreement bond. I was ignored to sign but even they created my fake signature. I got to know while I am leaving from this company. But I never signed anywhere. Even they delayed final and full time settlement after relieved from this company. The lazy HR and finance team will never respond to you. Never join this company.

Everything depends on top management Your work, salary, increment, promotion and cheap management, growth is only for few people those who support manager . If you know what I mean, Hard work never pay off.. It's typical mentality work here

You can be part of a team who does CAE and CAD works for automobiles. Team mates are so helpfull and supportive. You can learn new things and technologies which will boost your career.

They having good projects and they have good learning for beginners.Few peoples are very nice to work with them

Always Salary will be dispointment.Too much work with less salary.Few Team leads never work but they will get credits.You never get recognised even you work appreciate by customer.Managment will appreciate who never works and they will give good hike to them.

Appraisal are average, job security is good, Management is bad, HR People are worst.
