Educational Qualification BE / ME: Mechanical / Automobile

Total Years of Experience 4 to 6

Relevant Experience Automotive BIW components, Sheetmetal components

Relevant Industries Automotive Truck, Car

RESPONSIBILITIES:

REQUIREMENTS:

Cabin BIW components design and development through product lifecycle

management. The candidate would need to interact and align with global group

companies and external partners for component development areas.

Drives the technical development, Aligning and documenting Design Reviews.

Must-Have:

• Strong knowledge of automotive Sheet metal and BIW components and

relevant global legislations.

• Strong knowledge in Sheetmetal press parts tooling, design and

manufacturing methods and processes.

• Strong Know how in Product development processes and design methods like DFMEA , DFA , FMEA .
• Good knowhow of maintaining design documentation in PLM as well as

generate a Bill of material.

• Strong Knowledge of drawings standards, RPS, MPS Systems, and Joining

processes, defining Master sections.

• Strong Knowledge of GD&T, should be able to do tolerance stack up.
• Strong hands on experience in CATIA V5 R 20
• Responsible and accountable for Technical decisions, reviews and

approvals with collaborative working with Team leaders and technical leads

• Strong knowledge in Part design for BIW parts.
• Project work according to PEP (independent milestone processing,

organization and control of topics according to schedule)

• Interdisciplinary cooperation with other specialist departments
• Solution finding, requirements coordination according to Quality/Cost/Time

plan aspects

• Excellent Communication skills, interpersonal skills, Presentation skills

,leverage technical synergies optimize technical solutions and Ability to

convince.

• Should able to work independently and in Agile way
• Flexibility for international travel
• Should work offline at MTB-I Pune office location
• Languages: fluent in English
• Good to Have:
• Knowledge of working experience in PLM: Wind chill, OAS
• HCV Automotive industry experience preferred.
• knowledge of German l
