Key Responsibilities:

• • Develop and implement procurement strategies tailored to the food industry.
• • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure cost-effective and high-quality ingredients/products.
• • Monitor market trends and pricing fluctuations in the food supply chain.
• • Ensure compliance with food safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
• • Manage inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstock situations.
• • Collaborate with internal departments, including R&D, quality assurance, and production, to meet procurement needs.
• • Analyze and report on procurement performance, cost savings, and supplier performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• • Proven experience (35 years) as a procurement manager, ideally in the food sector.
• • Strong understanding of food industry regulations and quality standards.
• • Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.
• • Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
• • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
