Job Description

As a Techno-Functional Program Manager, you will drive the successful implementation, integration, and continuous optimization of Business Applications such as SAP, NetSuite, Salesforce, and other similar platforms. Your unique combination of technical expertise and deep business process knowledge will enable you to lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-performing, scalable solutions. This role will empower you to spearhead business transformation by streamlining operations and optimizing processes across key business areas like finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and fintech services. You will also play a key role in integrating Salesforce CRM with enterprise applications to improve customer relationships and business outcomes.

Who You Are:
    • You are an experienced professional with strong global system implementation expertise, specifically in ERP systems.
    • You possess a deep understanding of business processes and are passionate about optimizing operations across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and more.
    • With extensive knowledge in system integration, data migration, and managing cross-functional teams, you excel at delivering scalable business solutions.
    • You have hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, leveraging its integration capabilities to enhance business processes and customer management.
    • As a natural leader, you communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders, aligning technology solutions with business goals.
    • You bring a strategic approach to project management, stakeholder engagement, and driving continuous improvements in business applications.
What You ll Do:
    • Implementation Optimization:
    • Lead the end-to-end implementation of business applications, ensuring they align with the organization s goals.
    • Oversee the ongoing optimization of systems to adapt to evolving business needs.
    • Manage integrations between ERP systems and other platforms like Salesforce, ensuring smooth operations across all business functions.
    • Salesforce Integration:
    • Use your Salesforce expertise to integrate ERP systems with Salesforce CRM, optimizing business functions like sales, marketing, and customer service.
    • Collaborate with the Salesforce team to design and implement integrated solutions that enhance customer relationship management.
    • Guide teams in leveraging Salesforce and ERP systems together to drive operational efficiency and better business outcomes.
    • Stakeholder Management:
    • Partner with business leaders to understand their needs and convert them into actionable ERP requirements.
    • Act as the liaison between business units and IT, ensuring alignment between business goals and ERP functionalities.
    • Manage relationships with senior leaders to ensure ERP solutions are in sync with long-term organizational strategies.
    • Process Mapping System Configuration:
    • Map and optimize business processes across key functions such as finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and HR, ensuring system configurations meet organizational needs.
    • Work with cross-functional teams to define and address both current and future business requirements.
    • Technical Leadership Support:
    • Lead technical configurations, customizations, and troubleshooting of ERP systems to ensure optimal system performance.
    • Oversee system upgrades and integrations with minimal disruption to business operations.
    • Resolve complex technical issues, ensuring continuous business operations.
    • Project Management:
    • Develop and manage ERP project plans, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to monitor progress, mitigate risks, and resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Deliver ERP projects successfully by managing resources, timelines, and project risks.
    • Training Change Management:
    • Lead user training and adoption efforts, ensuring smooth transitions to new ERP systems and processes.
    • Drive change management initiatives to ensure effective system adoption within the organization.
    • Continuous Improvement Innovation:
    • Identify opportunities for system enhancements and propose improvements to align with evolving business needs.
    • Stay ahead of ERP trends and Salesforce innovations, recommending updates and upgrades to improve business outcomes.
Required Skills Qualifications:
    • Experience:
    • 12 years of experience in enterprise applications implementation and support, with at least 3 years in a techno-functional role.
    • Proven track record in managing large-scale ERP projects from design to deployment.
    • Strong understanding of business processes, especially in finance, supply chain, and HR, and their integration with ERP systems.
    • Technical Skills:
    • Extensive knowledge of enterprise platforms and ERP systems.
    • Experience with system integration, data migration, and integrating ERP systems with other applications.
    • Excellent troubleshooting skills for resolving technical challenges in ERP systems.
    • Salesforce Expertise (Added Advantage):
    • Experience with Salesforce CRM, including integrations with ERP systems to deliver holistic business solutions.
    • Ability to design and implement integrated solutions between ERP and CRM systems.
    • Project Management Leadership:
    • Strong project management skills, including resource planning, risk management, and successful project delivery.
    • Leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams to drive ERP projects to completion.
    • Business Process Knowledge:
    • Deep understanding of business processes across multiple domains (finance, supply chain, HR) and how they relate to ERP functionality.
    • Ability to map business requirements to ERP capabilities and recommend process improvements.
    • Communication Stakeholder Management:
    • Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Proven ability to manage relationships with senior business leaders and ensure alignment between business and IT goals.
Preferred Skills Education:
    • Experience with cloud-based ERP solutions.
    • Familiarity with Agile methodologies in ERP project delivery.
    • Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools used with ERP systems.
    • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master s degree is a plus).
