What Youll Do:

Own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, ensuring successful client acquisition.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications:
8 to 11 years of experience in direct sales, new client acquisition, and ERP sales.
Proven track record as a hunter in generating new business, managing complex sales cycles, and meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Experience in selling ERP solutions (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and IT services to mid-market and enterprise-level clients.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand client/customer needs and recommend customized ERP and IT service solutions.
In-depth understanding of ERP systems and their impact on business operations (e.g., financials, supply chain, human resources, CRM).
Familiarity with industry trends and challenges in the ERP and IT services landscape.
Bachelor s degree in business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Additional certifications in ERP solutions (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) are a plus.
