  • What Youll Do:
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the ERP solutions and IT services domain.
  • Build a robust sales pipeline by targeting new prospects and managing a strategic territory.
  • Utilize a variety of lead-generation techniques, including networking, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and attending industry events to drive top-of-the-funnel activities.
  • Own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, ensuring successful client acquisition.
  • Maintain a high conversion rate through effective consultative sales methods and a deep understanding of ERP solutions and services.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Align sales strategy with company goals, adapting to market changes and client needs.
  • Leverage deep knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) to understand client pain points and recommend customized ERP solutions.
  • Demonstrate the value proposition of ERP services to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders in target accounts.
  • Engage with C-suite executives, IT heads, and business leaders to drive long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct compelling product demos, presentations, and workshops to showcase the capabilities of ERP systems and IT services.
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts, proposals, and pricing tailored to client needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to effectively position the company s solutions.
  • Use market insights to refine sales strategies and deliver competitive proposals.
  • Work closely with pre-sales, solution architects, and project delivery teams to ensure alignment of customer requirements, solution design, and successful delivery of the solution.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • 8 to 11 years of experience in direct sales, new client acquisition, and ERP sales.
  • Proven track record as a hunter in generating new business, managing complex sales cycles, and meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience in selling ERP solutions (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and IT services to mid-market and enterprise-level clients.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand client/customer needs and recommend customized ERP and IT service solutions.
  • In-depth understanding of ERP systems and their impact on business operations (e.g., financials, supply chain, human resources, CRM).
  • Familiarity with industry trends and challenges in the ERP and IT services landscape.
  • Bachelor s degree in business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Additional certifications in ERP solutions (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) are a plus.
